The initial problem is no longer present or has diminished to a non-critical state. Additionally, the nature and extent of the issue fall outside the scope of routine maintenance and instead require a more comprehensive solution. As such, the request is recommended for consideration as a future Capital Improvement Program (CIP) project. Closure is also supported by the age of the ticket, indicating that immediate action is not feasible within current maintenance resources. Referred to CIP
