Description

I know this isn't exactly a streetlight issue, but I couldn't find where else to report this. There's an old utility pole in front of 2821 New Kent Ave that is no longer in use (it's been replaced, but the old one has never been removed). It's leaning quite heavily and may pose a threat in extreme weather. Please see the photos attached.
