    Dye test inconclusive, the sinkhole took all the water but the dye was not clearly visible in the accessible downstream manhole. I will refer it to D. Osborne for further investigation. FYI the sinkhole islocated in the alley behind 701 W 24TH St and we made it safe with a board, cones and caution tape...
