Citizen called to state that every time it rains his entire backyard floods. Citizen is requesting that we come and investigate to see what can be done to fix.

  AN ASSESSMENT WAS MADE AT THE REQUESTED LOCATION ON THE DATE OF 12/19/2018. I MET WITH THE CUSTOMER DURING THE ASSESSMENT. HE STATED THAT HIS COMPLAINT WAS WHEN IT RAINS WATER WASHES FROM THE ALLEY INTO HISGARAGE. HE STATED THAT HIS WIFE DRIVES AN ELECTRIC CAR AND IT MAY BE DANGEROUS TO PLUG THE VEHICLE IN BECAUSE OF THE STANDING WATER. THE ALLEY APPEARED TO BE AT A HIGHER LEVEL THAN THE CUSTOMER'S PROPERTY. HE REQUESTED TO HAVE A CONCRETE BERM AT THEALLEY EDGE BEHIND HIS PROPERTY. MEASUREMENTS WERE TAKEN WHERE HE WANTED THE BERM. THE LENGTH OF THE BERM WAS APPROXIMATELY 45 LINEAR FEET. HE WAS INFORMED THAT THIS REQUEST WOULD BE FORWARDED TO THE ROADWAY MAINTENANCE DIVISION OF THE DEPARTMENT OFPUBLIC WORKS. THIS REQUEST WILL BE FORWARDED TO ANTHONY HARDING.
