    AN ASSESSMENT WAS MADE AT THE REQUESTED LOCATION ON THE DATE OF 1/17/2018. THERE IS APPROXIMATELY 138 LINEAR FEET OF DITCH THAT NEED TO BE REDEFINED AT THE REQUESTED ADDRESS. MAINTENANCE ON THE DITCH NEED TOSTART AT OUTLET OF THE DRIVEWAY CULVERT AT THE ADDRESS OF 2851 TO THE INVERT OF THE CULVERT OF 2861. THE CUSTOMER WAS AT THE LOCATION DURING THE ASSESSMENT. A NARROW CUT FROM THE OUTLET OF THE DRIVEWAY CULVERT OF 2861 TO THE INVERT OF THE CULVERT AT2871. THE HOMEOWNER STATED IT WOULD BE FINE. A NARROW CUT FROM THE OUTLET OF THE DRIVEWAY CULVERT TO THE INVERT OF THE DRIVEWAY CULTVERT AT THE END OF THE U SHAPE DRIVEWAY IS NEEDED. THERE IS A LOW SPOT THAT NEED TO BE FILLED IN AT THE CULVERT.

    AN ORDER FOR MARKINGS OF UNDERGROUND UTILITIES HAS BEEN ORDERED. THE TASK WILL BE SCHEDULED AS SOON AS PRACTICABLE.
