- Staff · February 22, 2019An assessment was made at the requested location on the date of 1/8/2019. The findings were the gutter pan from 2017 to the corner of Grove Ave @ Rowland St was offset. There were a lot of leaves and debriswith standing water at the time of the assessment. This was a roadway issue. The customer were made aware of the findings of the assessment. He stated that he was going to put in a request to the Department Of Public Works for the gutter to be repaired and to have the street cleaned.
