    At the time of investigation, debris was built up at 2811 Stratford Road that needs to be cleaned out in order for water to flow properly. This request will be given to The field supervisor for work scheduling

    I did this out flow of driveway with concrete and cut ditch 2 1/2 years ago under Joe Barbour.
