    N ASSESSMENT WAS MADE AT THE REQUESTED LOCATION ON THE DATE OF 1/4/2019. THERE WAS NO DRAINAGE PROBLEMS FOUND WITHIN THE RIGHT OF WAY. THERE WAS A CEMENT PAD BETWEEN THE ADDRESS OF 2701 AND 2703 AND NO DRAINAGE ISSUES WAS FOUND AT THE TIME OF THE ASSESSMENT. THE CUSTOMER WAS CONTACTED AND MADE OF AWARE OF THE RESULTS OF THE ASSESSMENT.
