Description

Storm drain at this intersection appears to have a collapsed pipe. Water backs up in the street and remains for days. will become a safety issue as the temperature drops. Water backup takes up entire lane of Palmyra. City patched a large sink hole from collapsed pipe but did not fix the pipe. Picture taken several days after last rain.
