Description

the ditches behind property intersect with storm ditch it;s been over a year since ditches has been cleaned out behind house on both side of Troy Rd and vegetation has grown up in storm ditches and water has been standing all summer mosquito problems

    Calling to inquire about request, she says it still now standing water.

    Storm Water Utility Division assess this request and found several area with blockage with leaves, branches and foreign material. Concrete easement throughout Troy Rd; Troy Ct and White Oak require maintenance. Roadside ditches require maintenance in some areas. Immediate Action: Crew removed blockage from culvert on Troy Rd (@ easement) to help relieve stagnate water. Corrective Action: Clean easement and cut back overgrown vegetation from TroyCt, to Troy Rd and remove blockage @ White Oak. All area affected by this work should be restored in ordinance with the City of Richmond recommendation and standards.

    Concrete easement throughout Troy Rd, Troy CT and White Oak has been cleaned. The roadside ditches has been cleaned of leaves and debris. White oak ditches had large amounts of objects and debris in it that was removed. The Troy Rd concrete easement cross the road culverts have been jetted.
