- Staff · January 23, 2019The complaint is with flooding occurring in the alleyway. DPU cannot address this complaint as there are no assets or infrastructure in the alley for drainage. Typically these type of request warrant DPW review for gravel alley grading and maintenance, because it’s the grade of the alleyway causing the ponding water during and after rain events.
