herself and her grandson fell inside the hole that is in the grace area between the sidewalk and the curb and would like to have it filled. She states it is near the meter where you can operate the water

    i check this location and there is a cave in on the sewer lateral at the curb that needs to be dye tested

    had crew to CCTV the sewer lateral / need to replace 3 1/2 " clean out top

    this lateral has been CCTV and the line looks good all the way to the mainline the lateral is SDR 35 pipe ( clean out top needs to be replaced )
