Customer states the alley if flooding and the water is coming into her basement. This alley is between North Sheppard & Belmont Street. Customer wants someone to come out and do a trench where the water flows in the street and not the yard.

    Request was sent to the wrong Department with in the City Of Richmond is a Roadway Division. Issue which is a part of DPW. The request will be and sent for re-dispatch to the correct Division in DPW.
