Description

Lamp post located on 3100 block of Monument Ave, Westbound, directly in front of house 3104. This area is very dark shaded with multiple trees and uneven sidewalks, creating a hazardous / unsafe environment for pedestrians, dog walkers as well as neighbors. Thank you for your attention in correcting this problem.
