Description

At the intersection of W. Laburnum and Hermitage road, on the NE Corner. Inlet is severely clogged causing problems during and after rain events. All inlets should be checked for functionality, during this cleaning of the NE corner.

    This location four mark inlets that need service. One at Hermitage Road going North before ,Laburnum( this location basin is damage with rebar broken from it anchor point that need to be cut out Supervisor Basin repair was inform about issue at the location. Going West on Laburnum after Hermitage basin is make, also going east on Laburnum at Hermitage three basin are mark, two on Laburnum and the other on Hermitage.

    M DPU Stormwater contractors PipeVision are assigned to this location have, crew clean location with high water and vacuum truck. Crew clean sub and basin with high pressure hose and high pressure vacuum.
