Description
the storm drains on Ellwood Ave at the intersection of N & S Colonial are clogged shut with dirt, leaves, and trash. On 9/14/18 I created a ticket PDU000001700. The owners of the home on the corner of N Colonial and Ellwood tells me he has complained for yrs and been told the tree roots are blocking the pipe anyway so it doesn't matter. Perhaps more regular storm drain clearing at this site is necessary. I spoke with Mr. Glenn on 10/4/18 and he created a ticket # DPU000002067. When I checked on 10/10 the drain was still not clear and I called and left him another message. on Mon 10/15/18 I called and left a message for Mr. Storm. I have not heard back from anyone and it is now 10/21/18. I would like to met with one of these men to review the issues of the 2811 block. Thank you
