- Staff · July 18, 2020Problem Description: Drainage easement runs through middle of property. At rear (opposite from Comanche Dr.) it turns to run onto adjacent property. At that point there is extensive erosion. In heavy rains there can be water running up to 18 inches deep. The creek bank needs to be reinforced with concrete bags.;Is the concrete or brick missing? Concrete missing; Is metal exposed? No; Is the top or cover missing? Not missing; Approximate size of the opening? Greater than 12 inches; Is the problem in the rear of the property? The low point on Turf Ln. is at the rear of the property. A ditch needs to be dug to direct the water into the nearby drainage ditch.;Problem area Ditch; Is there standing water?
