    During inspection the driveway pipe is open the ditch is in good shape, I have put a call in to Ms. Davis and are waiting for a call back. I am not able to take the ditch any lower it wood make it to deep.As far as vegetation it is not the city responsibility to cut her grass in the ditch it is home owner to maintain there grass maintenance even in the ditch.
