Description

This stormwater drain is missing a cover and has been open like this for weeks!!!! There is a cone in the alley that is sometimes over the open hole, but cars run over or knock the cone over. Someone is going to fall into this at night and get hurt!!!!!! Nothing has been done about this since I reported on 5 October. Why have this web site if you don't respond to service needs of your residents????
