there is a huge hole across from citizens home near the ditch and children play near this area and citizen is afraid that some one will get hurt or fall in.

- Staff · August 15, 2019There is a 24” concrete culvert that has a cavitation in the side of the pipe which created a sink hole, cones and tape was put around the area to make safe. The crew will make repairs as soon as practicable.There is a 24” concrete culvert that has a cavitation in the side of the pipe which created a sink hole, cones and tape was put around the area to make safe, I spoke to the citizen and she was fine with the time frame.
- Staff · September 23, 2019Repaired concrete culvert on 9/21/2019, there were holes on the floor of the D. I inside, outside and on the bottom of one of concrete bells which was causing a large hole. The all three holes was repaired and the seam on the floor was filled in with concrete. Area was cleaned up and restored back with top soil, seed and straw. The culvert has multiple joint separations all thru the line.
