would like to report a sink hole and the last time he called this report worker came out but they only put black tar on top of the hole instead of digging it up and filling it in

    M inspected and completed 3/17/21....Per Lockett,DPU Stormwater contractors PipeVision were assigned to this location, crew cleaned location with high water and vacuum truck. Crew cleaned sub and basinwith high pressure hose and high pressure vacuum. There are 4 structures and 2 inlets; 2 Basins with no curb opening and inlets have been verified clear. They were all cleared of because debris and trash
