- Staff · November 1, 2018Found: As stated fresh water is coming up from the ground in the alley behind the request address. Immediate Action: I dug down approx. a foot to identify the cause but did not reach the source. I was, however able to identify the water as being fresh supporting a breeched water line hypothesis. Gas and water emergency services were contacted at that time.
