- Staff · July 23, 2022D. Rivers assess this outstanding service request as part of an effort to audit old request. Location does not have any storm water infrastructure to maintenance crew in DPU Storm Water to address. StormWater runoff is being conveyed by sheet flow over shoulder of the roadway. Recommendation for DPW to regrade shoulder of roadway with positive slope, reapply aggregate & compact the same. This effort should create positive drainage. Email sent to DPWRoadway Maintenance. Request closed to DPU Storm Water Utility Division.
