    D. Rivers assess this request on 9/17/2018 and spoke with the citizen Mr. Evans: Found: Temporary asphalt installed too high in the alley (asphalt alley) after water main/line repair causing negative drainage during and after rain events. Citizen advise that a water line burst a few days ago. Miss Utility marking still visible at the time of the field assessment.Immediate action: Photo documentation taken and sent by email to Water Distribution Division to address prior to final pavement restoration. Note: Citizen garage is subject to flooding at this time. Yard was full of water as a result of this item.
