Description
This is as detailed in service request DPW00008354. The problem is the lack of drainage in the alley behind 4313 and 4315 Hanover Avenue. The water runs off of the parking lot on the NE corner of Woodlawn and Grove into the alley behind our homes. The low point in the alley is behind our home - there is no storm drain in the alley or at either end of the alley. The city has regraded the alley and added crushed stones on several instances but this has done NOTHING to address the problem. The problem will continue until a permanent storm water runoff solution is installed.
