There is a crater in the pavement with a hole next to the curb and over the storm drain. Citizen states if a car park in front of the home they may sustain damage if this section collapses. see DPW000025183 for images

Assessment revealed the curb/mouth of the inlet had broken away. Basin repair crew repaired and replaced structure.
