All stormwater drains in the vicinity of 110 Berkshire Road RVA appear to be either completely or substantially blocked. Water is not draining from the roadways and is spilling onto adjoining properties. Safety of persons and property at risk.

    M Per Crew Chief, N Sumpter and M. Davis stated that service request was completed, crew clean location with high water and vacuum truck. Crew clean sub and basin with high pressure hose and high pressure vacuum.
