Description
The storm drain on Springhill, between 27th and 28th is not draining. The overflow has run through the neighbor’s backyards, and is now flooding my house at 605 W 28th. Water is standing in the crawlspace at about 2+ feet with sump pumps running. Insulation and moisture barrier have flowed out from the house.
