there is a hole that is getting bigger in the alley behind the house. Says they have filled the hole with rocks but that doesn't seem to be working.

    We attempted to dye test this location but the manholes in the alley are covered up. Referring to D. Osborne to CCTV the mainline to locate the manholes and to dyetest the cave in...
