  An assessment was made at the requested location on the date of 12/28/2018. There was a drain pipe that was located was located on the property in the patio area that drained into the underground storm system in the right of way. The storm system was jetted (170 linear feet) and the drainage improved. the location will be reassessed after the leaves has been collected from the ditch. The customer was present during the assessment.

  A further assessment was made at the requested location on the date of 2/14/2019. There was a very little water in the drop inlet after a rain event. The storm water culvert was flushed with high pressure water and the drainage improved.

  There was no other issues within the right of way that could restrict the drainage of the drain pipe that extends from the property of the address of 4325 Shirley Road.
