On the east side of Hatcher St. and north side off Potomac St. the drain is clogged and the water backs up onto Hatcher St.

Hillard location needs ditch maintaince the length of Hatcher St, also Cross the road pipe is close 80 percent clogged and need to be clean to determent if the pipe is sound. At the time of the assessment could not find the in ground inlet the the citizen is requested that needs service.
