Water is pooling at the drain on W. 26th at the stoplight, right next to 2601 Semmes Ave. Was flooding halfway across the street.

    Upon complete audit of City Works system as it relates to Stormwater this request is has been reassign to the correct supervisor. Therefore the request been received and dispatched to Field Supervisorfor assessment. Please allow 15 days for Supervisor to complete assessment. Supervisor will contact requester upon completion of assessment.

    Service Request was completed by W.Mayo, N.Sumpter, C.Huckaday and M. Davis. Crew asses the location and conclude that basin was overwhelm with root could not be service by the crew to get the correctwater flow at the basin.

    Per Crew Chief, N Sumpter stated that service request was completed, crew clean location with high water and vacuum truck. Crew clean sub and basin with high pressure hose and high pressure vacuum
