when it rains the water from her neighbors drains is clogged so it comes in through her basement and causes it to flood

    DPU Storm Water Utility Personnel complete this request by cleaning (2) basins that were clogged & cleaning lateral pipe with high pressure water. All other basins were check and found cleaned at the timeof service. M. Hurt, W. Mayo, N. Sumpter & M. Nelson.
