Comments
- Staff · November 5, 2018Found: No flooding present at the time of investigation however a water line was visible indicating flooding had been a problem prior to this visit. This is an alley maintenance problem as the is no drainage structures present in the alley behind the resident's address. The resident's house is midway in the alley and that portion of the alley is lower than both ends of the alley where the adjacent streets connect. Thus the pooling water in the alley'smid-section. Action taken: The resident was made aware of the investigation's findings and informed the situation was that of alley maintenance. Furthermore the resident was assured the issue would be tranferred to the proper division for review and solution.
