Description

We have a contract to purchase two vacant houses at 2859 and 2863 Hull Street. Every night we go there there are people hiding in the bushes, sitting in the dark corners, prostitutes hanging at the street corner. There is no light whatsoever in the alley behind the house at 2859 Hull Street. Can you please improve the situation? Thank you, David Billett 804 218-2320 cell
