    Found: The actual address requiring service is 3510 lawson St. An assessment was made by A. Riccio and found a broken upper curb-lip at front of storm inlet. Immediate action taken: Cones were placed for safety and identification purposes. Resolution: Inlet repaiored by H. Shepperson and L. Logan with no further issues.
