Comments
- Staff · September 21, 2019Refer to CW # 376371.
- Staff · December 19, 2020M The only thing the can be done from a maintenance stand point is to clear the path to the sewer manhole and move the tree but it is too wet to navigate thru the sloped yard at this time, there needs to a large creek erosion restoration project done because the slopes have been washed away and around the sewer manhole. This request will be sent to the engineering.
- Staff · March 20, 2021M The large tree and stump that was blocking the ditch was removed and the tree that was blocking access to the sewer manhole was removed. There still needs restoration in the creek done to rebuild the ditch.
- Staff · April 29, 2025This Stormwater ticket is being closed due to a combination of factors that warrant its removal from the active maintenance queue. The initial problem is no longer present or has diminished to a non-critical state. Additionally, the nature and extent of the issue fall outside the scope of routine maintenance and instead require a more comprehensive solution. As such, the request is recommended for consideration as a future Capital Improvement Program (CIP) project. Closure is also supported by the age of the ticket, indicating that immediate action is not feasible within current maintenance resources.
