Description

The sewer inlet is in such disrepair that a person could easily have their foot go into the hole beside the manhole cover. Exposed rebar and damage to the steel cover over the inlet. The location is the just off a heavily traveled sidewalk at the NW corner of 6th and Main in front of the Fastsigns business. I have reported this more that once.

investigation into this request found the basin on the corner of 6th and main is in need of repairs. This location will be given to basin supervisor for work scheduling
