- Staff · July 23, 2019GIS indicates a 10 easement ditch running up to, but not into the Stratford Townes Apartment Community at the rear of the proerty as the "Problem Description" section of the request indicates. There are no other Storm or Wastewater assets entering the private community other than an eight inch sanitary service line indicated just left of the driveway apron entering the community from Old Westham Rd.
