M D. Rivers & L. Lockett assess this location & spoke with Mr. Dahl. Citizen advised that no city worker should accept or ask for any money at any point. Based on the conversation with Mr. Dahl we concludedthat he may not have spoken to a city worker but can not say one way or another. We discover that the citizen is not referring to a ditch but rather the concrete apron/sidewalk to his place of business. Found: Concrete apron to business is crack/ damage. Asphalt has been applied in previous years to address this issues. This is not a DPU Storm Water Utility asset. Request forwarded to DPW by email. No open request for DPW found for this location/problem in City Works system.
