property has an infestation of American cockroaches.. owner of property had pest control come out and they stated the roaches are coming from the storm drain. owner is looking to have the city come out and clean the drain PDR000000595

    2 STORM INLETS WERE CLEANED AT THE REQUESTED LOCATION. THERE WAS NO COCKROACHES IN THE STORM DRAINS. THE CUSTOMER WAS INFORMED.
