Description
As you cross the bridge over the Powhite Parkway on Forest Hill Ave (heading eastbound) there is a large dip caused by a sunken manhole cover in the right-most lane of traffic. You can see cars swerving around it or hitting it and sinking/rocking quite a bit because of the size and depth. Please address if possible. Thank you!!!
