Description

A sewer pipe or lateral may have collapsed underneath a asphalt. Cover is present. City just recently did maintenance on neglected storm sewers. One lateral had separated 20yds from this one. Residential parking lot and asphalt and may sink in if someone steps on it at night. Cones are in surrounding area.
