    AN ASSESSMENT WAS MADE AT THE REQUESTED LOCATION ON THE DATE OF 3/26/2019. AN ATTEMPT WAS MADE TO CONTACT THE CUSTOMER BUT THERE WAS NO ANSWER. A VOICEMAIL WAS LEFT WITH INFORMATION ON RETURNING THE CALL. THE ISSUE IS THE GRADING OF THE GROUND IN THE FRONT AND REAR OF THE PROPERTY. THE GROUND HAS A GRADIENT THAT SLOPES TOWARD THE HOUSE IN THE FRONT AND THE REAR. THIS DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE A STORM WATER UTILITY ISSUE.
