Description
Citizen concerned about increase in rats near S. Colonial Ave and Cary Street (south of Cary). They have complaining to nearby restaurants for months about their garbage. Sen Organics & Citizen Burger's bins are continually open or overstuffed and their garbage, including boxes with hamburger meat, blow into the parking area in the alley; they close their bins for a few weeks and then seem to forget. DPW needs to review if the the businesses have the proper size cans/dumpsters.
