    L. Lewis spoke to Mr. Liptrap by phone on 8-6-2018 while completing the job assessment. The roadside ditches at the front of the property and on the side of Powell road needed to be cut. Storm water maintenance crew completed 125 LFt. of ditch maintenance on 10-25-2018 to restore positive drainage.
