the surface that is over the ditch line to the driveway is over 8 feet deep. citizen can not use driveway because he can not get into yard . a rental car was totaled due to ditch. citizen has been putting in tickets for two years.

THE CUSTOMER WAS CONTACTED ON THE DATE OF 2/7/2019. HE WAS INFORMED OF THE ASSESSMENT OF INSTALLATION OF 21A STONE AND THE DITCH CUTTING.
