Description

the drains becomes a stream and washes everything down. has alot of flodding when it rains and has had a lot of rain lately so always flooded from all the leaves and sticks that have washed down from other properties

    he ditch needs to be cleaned, it has settlement and leaves in it and blocked. The inlet side was opened for drainage until the crew can clean the ditch as soon as practicable. I spoke to Mr. Modesitt and he is fine with it.
