Customer request by engineer for drainage on Pawnee. Conditions are stormwater runoff exiting the city right of way onto private property. Would like for someone to come out.

- Staff · November 9, 2018AN ASSESSMENT WAS MADE AT THE REQUESTED LOCATION ON THE DATE OF 11/8/2018. FINDINGS: APPROXIMATELY 221 LINEAR FEET OF SHALLOW DITCH NEED TO BE REDEFINED. TWENTY LINEAR FEET OF CULVERT AT THE ADDRESS OF 4101NEED TO BE FLUSHED WITH HIGH PRESSURE WATER. THE LEAVES AT THE ROAD EDGE NEED TO BE REMOVED. A ASPHALT APRON WITH A SWELL OF APPROXIMATELY THREE INCHES IN HEIGHT IS NEED AT THE EDGE OF THE DRIVEWAY OF 4100. THIS IS TO RESTRICT THE FLOW OF WATER FROMWASHING ONTO THE PROPERTY. THE CUSTOMER WAS ON SITE DURING THE ASSESSMENT AND SHE WAS INFORMED. THE TASK WILL BE ASSIGNED AS SOON AS PRACTICABLE. NO UTILITY MARKINGS ARE NEEDED.

- Staff · December 21, 2018MAINTENANCE WAS PERFORMED ON THE SHOULDERS OF THE ROAD AND THE DITCH AT THE ADDRESSES OF 4106, 4100 AND 4101. APPROXIMATELY 221 LINEAR FEET OF ROAD SIDE WAS CLEARED OF SILT AND LEAVES. 20 LINEAR FEET OF CULVERT WAS WASHED WITH HIGH PRESSURE WATER. AN ASPHALT SWELL WILL BE ORDERED TO SLOW THE WATER FROM RUNNING OFF THE STREET DOWN THE DRIVEWAY OF 4100. THE MEASUREMENT OF THE SWELL WILL BE APPROXIMATELY 140 SQUARE FEET. THE TASK WAS WORKED ON THE DATES OF 12/3/2018 AND 12/5/2018. THE TASK HAS BEEN COMPLETED.
