Description
Storm drain has been broken by vehicles driving over it when leaving the VCU A Lot. This drain is located just east of the train trestle. This issue has not been addressed. Due to the excessive rain large puddles form in the road causing a vehicular safety issue. This drain is totally blocked now and causing major back up of silt and water on a very busy section of Broad Street to the extent that traffic had to be diverted around that section of Broad Street during the rain on Saturday. If someone had taken care of this when reported in July this would not be an issue. SHAME ON THE CITY for not doing basic maintenance. This drain is now totally clogged and causing flooding on a busy section of East Broad Street when it rains. See new pics.
